Enabled Wallet History on Finney using Scantensor API

Enabled btcli w history using Scantensor API

Before

btcli w history was disabled because the Taostats API has changed that we had been relying on. As it requires an API key, which we can't feasibly add for the btcli.

After

I was enabled because we can get wallet history using scantensor api. e.x: Scantensor API

Result

Cool idea, but the results are lacking.

Take 5HCFWvRqzSHWRPecN7q8J6c7aKQnrCZTMHstPv39xL1wgDHh for example.

Scantensor shows 20 results scattered around from the last month or so, but in reality should show hundreds in the last week alone.

Hmm. Ja I've never heard of it, and I'm not really keen on introducing some unknown API for something like BTCLI. Let's hold for now, and I'll see if there's a better way we can do it with the tao.app API.
