交作業2，既然解答已經公佈，就用LRTHW的方式先刻過一次。另外，修正解答的account及admin的order show中的兩處小錯誤：
1.修正收貨人名稱及地址
2.修正出現付款按鈕的條件由if !@order.paid? 修正為 if @order.order_placed?
