This PR includes the following changes:

  • More build arguments are provided to the build process and as such can be used in the Containerfiles/Dockerfiles.
  • All metadata fields in boil.toml are now optional. Sane defaults are used for some and others are not emitted if not present.
  • The vendor tag prefix can now be customized instead of being hard-coded as stackable. This allows image (index) manifest tags like 1.2.3-<VENDOR_TAG_PREFIX>4.5.6.
  • More string formatting is done in a central place.
