Enable the building of the Grace-Hopper/Blackwell nvgrace-gpu-pci-vfio variant driver for vGPU assignment to an ARM VM.

Since the drivers/vfio subsystem has been updated to the v6.15, enable this VFIO variant driver for
Hopper or Blackwell GPU assignment on a Grace system.
